Participants will learn about the concept of collective impact, and how small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations can utilize this model to not only achieve their goals and do more good in their communities but also scale and sustain their organizations by working together collaboratively versus competing. Practical benefits and tips will be provided for implementing a collective impact model, along with strategies for how this approach can help your organization pursue more funding opportunities. Participants will also learn about a free ongoing community of practice available to human service-focused nonprofits, and other resources will be shared to support any organization.
