Husband, father, Army veteran, former hospital chaplain, mentor, and business owner are some of the hats worn by Dexter Peggins Jr. Dexter’s personal mandate is to help people get clarity concerning their purpose, overcome life's what-ifs, and win in difficult situations. The diversity of his experiences makes him a sought-after speaker in the areas of leadership and personal development, and a trusted advisor for those dealing with life’s most crucial issues.

 

Dexter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry, and a Master of Public Administration. He has authored two books; The Garden Experience and Perspective: 7 Stories from the Bible That will Impact Your Life and Leadership. Promoting the message of purposeful living and the power of a second chance, Dexter serves on a number of advisory boards, which include:

· My Brother’s Keeper

· Department of Juvenile Justice

· Georgia Prison Re-entry Initiative

Under the leadership of Pastor Jordan Sherman, Dexter serves as the Pastor of Evangelism at Covenant Family Church.

 Dexter and his wife, LaSandra, reside in Augusta, GA with their two young sons. In his free time he enjoys traveling, fishing, and reading.
